“Some of my Covid habits have not been good ones.  Late night iPhone scrolls, to name the worst.”

That’s what one of our clients told us via email.  But she made many more great habits that outnumber that one in a very big way.

What about you?  Which new, positive habits did you form in lockdown – that you’re going to take with you into the post-lockdown world??

Here is that email in full:

Hi Gillian,

Thanks for your posting of Atomic Habits.  Have to say a few of mine have not been good ones – late night iPhone scrolls, to name the worst.

Atomic habits I will keep:

– Weekly connections with lifelong friends in the US and Canada on Zoom, adult ed courses with Scarsdale NY, sharing Friday night Zoom dinners!

– More home delivery! I hate grocery shopping, and every kind of shopping.  Memberships for unlimited free deliveries, freedom from lugging bags from street to my house! Wonderful delivery folks make the magic happen, rain or shine.

-Exercise and physio each week with fabulous professionals, again on Zoom!

– Valet pickup and drop off of the car for service and tire changes. Thank you Hyundai!! Who wants to sit in a showroom for 4 hours? For the price of a fancy coffee “out” x 10 days, it is a better use of my money!
